Voice Tunnels

Cross-Server Voice Chat for Discord

Bridge voice channels between Discord servers and talk in real time. Your community stays in its own channel - Tunnels.gg carries the conversation across.

How it works

A voice tunnel links a voice channel in each server. Tunnels.gg joins every connected channel and relays the audio between them, mixing simultaneous speakers into one natural conversation for up to 6 servers.

  • Speaking indicators show who's talking on the other side
  • Join and leave sounds keep every server in sync
  • Voice channel text chat is relayed between servers too

Or just call another server

Register a public voice number with /tunnel voice number and any server can dial it using /tunnel voice call. An admin answers, picks a voice channel (or spins up a temporary one), and the call is live. When everyone hangs up, the tunnel closes itself - no cleanup required.

Frequently asked questions

How does cross-server voice chat work on Discord?

Tunnels.gg joins a voice channel in each connected server and relays the audio between them in real time. Everyone stays in their own server's voice channel and hears everyone else as one conversation.

How many servers can join one voice tunnel?

Up to 6 servers can be bridged into a single voice tunnel.

What permissions does the bot need?

Tunnels.gg needs View Channel, Connect, and Speak in the voice channel on each connected server.

What is a voice number?

A public 7-digit number for your server. Other servers dial it with /tunnel voice call to request a voice tunnel - an admin approves the call, picks a channel, and the tunnel closes itself when everyone hangs up.
