Welcome to Tunnels.gg ("Tunnels", "We", "Us", "Our"). Tunnels is a Discord bot that enables the bridging of channels between various guilds.

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms and conditions under which you ("User", "You", "Your") are able to use Tunnels. Please read this Agreement carefully. By installing, using, or accessing Tunnels, you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use or access our Services.

1. Services

Tunnels offers a service that allows Discord server administrators to connect channels between various guilds. Tunnels relays chat messages between connected channels but does not store these messages. Tunnels does, however, collect and analyze user data to improve and customize the Services.

2. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

3. User Conduct

Tunnels offers a service that allows Discord server administrators to connect channels between various guilds. Tunnels relays chat messages between connected channels but does not store these messages. Tunnels does, however, collect and analyze user data to improve and customize the Services.

4. Data Collection

While Tunnels does not store chat messages, we do collect and analyze certain user data to enhance our Services. This data may include:

Usage data: This includes information about how and when you use our Services. Technical data: This includes your unique Discord user identifier, and your unique Discord server id.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tunnels will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of our Services.

6. Amendments to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to ensure you are aware of any modifications. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction from which the Services are provided.
